Your Luxury Travel Questions, Answered

What a summer! Our travelers were jet-setting all across the globe, and along the way we fielded some great questions worth sharing.

Now that September's here, the kids are back to school and the calendars are coming out again for holiday getaways and next year's trips. So we're answering some of your most frequent questions to help you plan your next adventure.

Q: When should I start planning my luxury trip?
A: For the best options, insider perks, and access to the most exclusive properties, we recommend planning

8–12 months in advance. That said, we have also pulled off incredible trips on shorter timelines, but flexibility is key.

Q: Can you help me plan something unique or off the radar?
A: Absolutely. We specialize in curating one-of-a-kind itineraries, from private island buyouts to gorilla trekking in Rwanda to behind-the-scenes access in European cities. We blend creativity with vetted relationships to deliver something truly personalized.

Q: What hotel perks do you offer?
A: Thanks to our affiliations with luxury networks like Virtuoso, Four Seasons Preferred, and others, our  clients often receive:

Daily breakfast for two

$100+ resort credits

Early check-in / late checkout

Room upgrades (when available)

Personalized VIP recognition

These extras are complimentary and exclusive to advisor-booked stays.

Q: Can you book luxury villas or private homes?
A: Yes, we work with vetted luxury villa partners around the world, ensuring privacy, service, and reliability. From staffed estates in Tuscany to beachfront compounds in Turks & Caicos, I match you with the right home and support team.

Q: What if I already have hotel status (Amex Fine Hotels, Bonvoy, etc.)?
A: Great! I help you choose between the best available options, whether it’s using your points, leveraging status, or booking through my networks for added value. I can often enhance what you already have access to.

Q: Do you book business or first class flights?
A: Yes. We assist with premium international airfare and help you choose the best seats, routes, and aircraft for comfort. We also coordinate private jet bookings through trusted partners if you're interested in charter or shared jet solutions.

Q: Do you only work with certain destinations or properties?
A: No. We plan globally and independently. We focus on the right fit for you, not what’s popular. Whether it’s a five-star urban hotel in Paris or a boutique ecolodge in Patagonia, we tap into our network to match your vision with the right options.

Q: What if something goes wrong while I’m traveling?
A: We provide backup support and local contacts in every destination. Whether it’s a flight delay, missed connection, or unexpected change, we step in to help resolve it, so you don’t have to spend hours on hold or stress on vacation.

Q: What makes working with you different from booking online?
A: Luxury travel is about experience, not just logistics. We bring insider access, proactive care, exclusive perks, and deep destination knowledge to every itinerary. You get a partner who knows you, advocates for you, and elevates every detail of your journey.

Q: Can I just brainstorm ideas with you?
A: Of course! If you're dreaming of something but don’t know where to start, we'd love to help guide the possibilities. Planning should feel exciting, not overwhelming, and that’s where we come in.

Q: Can you tell me what I need to do for the new European Entry System requirements?
A: The new Entry Exit System (EES) rolled out in April.  Instead of passport stamps, your entry and exit will be recorded digitally, and you may be asked to provide fingerprints and a photo at the airport. There is nothing you need to apply for in advance for EES itself, but you should allow extra time at arrival, especially as the system is being implemented.
